Laura Sellers McAllister - REALTOR ®

Born in Houston, TX and raised in Tennessee, Laura's Southern charm (and accent) is quite apparent.  In 2009, Laura decided TN was too cold, moved to sunny south Florida, and hasn't looked back.  After spending 10 years as a Stock Trader and Financial Advisor, it was time for a change in career as well.  Getting her feet wet in Real Estate with a firm in Aventura also led to utilization of her home staging expertise, when she was asked to head up the Home Staging division of the firm.  In 2013, after relocating to Fort Pierce, FL, Laura finally took the plunge and thew 100% of her efforts into her Real Estate career.  She spent the next five years, two of those in a management position, until she was asked by her Broker to move to Marathon, FL to work on site for a new construction project.  She would have stayed forever, but there was romance budding with her fellow Leadership Academy (Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches) graduate, Scott McAllister. Laura and Scott were married nine months later and she soon moved back to the Treasure Coast where they joined forces in 2018.  Now the McAllister Home Sellers are stronger than ever and they have been the #1 top producing team for our brokerage since we joined. Laura is very active in the local association serving on many past and current committees and also at the state level as she is on the Board of Directors for Florida Realtors.  Laura is also on the Board of Directions for The Sanctuary of the Treasure Coast;  A local, non-profit geared toward providing community and resources for LGBTQ+ individuals.  She lives in Fort Pierce, FL, with her 4 Sphynx cats, one furry cat and a Dachshund.  In her spare time, you can find her lounging in the pool and taking entirely too many photos of her pets!
